Protégete is a program of Conservation Colorado working to elevate Latino driven climate and environmental justice solutions — together we tackle environmental injustices our communities are facing across the state. We strive to protect our families, the water we drink, the air we breathe, and the land we live on. One of our top priorities is to hold the oil and gas industry accountable for the pollution in our neighborhoods and their responsibility for climate change. We are fighting to make our environment healthier and our climate stable for our communities today and for generations to come.
Our programs focus on developing Latinx leadership through Promotorx trainings and our annual Latino/a Advocacy Day to support our self empowerment to address environmental and climate justice issues that directly impact our community.
