Protégete is cultivating the next generation of environmental and climate justice leaders putting Latine leadership and issues at the forefront of Colorado environmental and climate policy making. We are building a diverse peer network of climate justice leaders committed to building power for the future of Colorado.

Frontline community members have lived experience and intimately know the issues affecting their lives, neighborhoods, and their future, and make excellent candidates to serve different leadership positions.

The Climate Justice Leadership Academy provides a roadmap for Latine and communities of color to explore their leadership potential in the environmental movement and transform the future of our communities and protect our collective future.
