A survey of 800 likely 2026 voters shows that Coloradans want leaders to hold corporate polluters accountable and fight back against the Trump administration’s agenda.
Denver, CO — Next year, Colorado will elect entirely new state leadership, including Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State and Treasurer. In a survey of 800 likely Colorado 2026 General Election voters (GEVs) conducted earlier this year, Coloradans made it clear that they want leaders who prioritize Colorado’s land, air and water, hold corporate polluters accountable and fight back against the Trump administration’s agenda.
“From worsening air pollution, to extreme weather making it more expensive to heat and cool our homes, Coloradans across the state, especially those in our most polluted communities are feeling the devastating impact of climate change on our lives today,” said Katie Belgard, Vice President of Programs at Conservation Colorado. “Coloradans want leaders who will hold corporate polluters accountable for cleaning up our land, air, and water, address the impacts of climate change like wildfires and drought, and are willing to not only protect our environment, but to fight against President Trump’s agenda.”
