Our Rebels

In 2016, the Bears Ears cultural landscape was designated a national monument — protecting beloved public lands and honoring the cultures and identities tied to this singular place. In 2017, the Trump Administration attacked Bears Ears, slashing 85% of the monument’s protected lands.

Utah Diné Bikéyah works to preserve and protect the cultural and natural resources of ancestral Native American lands to benefit and bring healing to people and the Earth. Parking at the Hyatt is $22 for valet and $18 if you’d like to self-park. There are also multiple pay lots near the Hyatt. The Hyatt Regency is close to public transit, so access by bus or light rail is easy and recommended if possible.
