BECOME A COMMUNITY LEADER
CLIMATE JUSTICE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The Climate Justice Leadership Academy empowers youth and adults from disproportionately impacted communities to engage in politics and advocate for fair policies in Colorado. We offer three free leadership development programs—Climate Leaders Academy, Boards and Commissions Fellowship and The Next Generation of Climate Leaders—that foster the next generation of environmental leaders. Our programs welcome community members of all backgrounds, including Latino, Black, Indigenous, people of color, immigrants, LGBTQIA2+ and people with disabilities.
BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS FELLOWSHIP
The Boards and Commissions Fellowship is a six-month program for community members with advocacy experience. It offers mentorship in parliamentary procedures and political decision-making. This fellowship empowers community members to develop leadership skills and learn how to serve on local and state boards and commissions across Colorado.

Conservation Colorado is a 501(c)(4) organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), contributions are not tax-deductible. The first $50 of all eligible donations will be transferred to Conservation Colorado Action Fund’s Small Donor Committee (SDC), which directly supports pro-environment candidates in the most important state and local races across Colorado.
